New Preferred BillPay coming soon! Beginning September 27, 2010, you will be able to pay your bills online with even more ease and simplicity than ever before. With the new Preferred BillPay, you'll get:
- A more intuitive user-interface, with a modernized look and feel.
- The ability to make same-day electronic payments to more payees.
- A new demo video where you can learn the basics of the new system in only minutes.
Please be aware that all of your enrolled accounts, payment information and pre-scheduled payments will be automatically transferred into the new system, with no action required from you. However, on Saturday, September 25 and Sunday, September 26, 2010, the Preferred BillPay system will be unavailable due to the transition.
If you are an E-Bill customer, from September 20 through September 26, your E-Bill capabilities will be disabled. This means that any bill that a payee sends you between these dates will be returned to the company as undeliverable. We recommend that you check your payee's website to verify if a bill is scheduled to be received by you between those dates. Starting Monday, September 27, you can re-establish your E-Bills preferences.
