IN THE COMMUNITY
We have a strong commitment to the communities we serve. We work with community groups and other organizations to educate local consumers about how they can achieve success at a financial institution like ours, where we always let them know they matter.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS
Our goal is to help our customers learn and practice a financially healthy lifestyle. Everyday people want to become self-sufficient and understand their finances to build a better future. We partner with nonprofit organizations that offer programs to help them do that.
We are a strong supporter of the FDIC’s Alliance for Economic Inclusion program and the Federal Reserve Bank’s Bank On program. These two nationwide programs offer the opportunity to learn how to manage money while creating economic stability. Our employees help out by presenting money management solutions and answering questions to help people achieve their financial dreams.
We are committed to making communities better. We dedicate significant resources to promoting economic development, community stabilization and affordable housing. Our branches offer a wide range of products and services that help people meet their financial goals.
We are proud to support several organizations that provide vital services to low-and-moderate income people and underserved areas in the communities we serve, including Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, Feeding America and more.
Our branch managers enjoy volunteering at our community partners’ events, including The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee’s bike build. At the bike build, we taught the kids a little bit about money and how to save for things they want, like a bicycle. Our employees also helped assemble bikes that were later given to the children. We are proud to be involved in fun events out in the community.
