How does the application process work?
All candidates are considered for positions based on their compatibility with the minimum requirements of the position. After a review of your application, should you meet the minimum requirements, you may be contacted to schedule an interview. A majority of our positions require an automated phone interview to be completed for further consideration. This automated phone interview may be taken at the time and place of your convenience within the given timeframe of the invitation. Should you apply to one of the applicable positions and meet the minimum requirements, you will be sent an e-mail invitation to participate in the automated phone interview.

What will happen to my application after I submit it online?
Your application will become part of our applicant tracking database. If you applied for a particular job, your application will be reviewed by the hiring group to determine if your experience is a match. You will be notified via e-mail when your application has been received. For future job openings, BestBank Recruiters will be able to search for, and locate, your application if your background matches the job requirements.
